Valle Del Cauca remains one of the most historic and esteemed areas for coffee production within Colombia. The region lies between the National Park of Tatama and “Serrania de los Paraguas”, a recognized Coffee Cultural zone and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The altitude reaches up to 2,100masl- and the surrounding mountains enclose the valley in a stable microclimate all year round. This has been a dependable decaf for us for over 5 years. We have come to prefer the Sugarcane method of decaffination for its transparency in flavor and flexibility in brewing.
